Boyol Properties and Investment LTD is a real estate development and management firm incorporated and registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, under the corporate and allied matters act as an enterprise. The company commenced its operation shortly after incorporation in 2011, and later registered as Limited Liabilities in 2019.
Having been in operation with proven track records and tremendous achievements since 2013, Boyol is in continuum, leveraging and steeped in a tradition of excellence in its line of business; integrating real estate management and other related services in a unique and conceptual framework, while sustaining its core values, which is defined in integrity and trust.

Principal Partner
Philip Baagu, the Principal Partner of Boyol is a value driven entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the Estate Management profession. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos and have worked with several cutting-edge estate firms at both partnership and managerial levels, hence, has a pool of experience in all spheres of Estate Management practices including lease, sales and acquisition, project and facility management among others. His multi-faceted experience and oversight competence over the years has carved a niche for the firm in the Real Estate industry.
Raphael Okondor
Partner
Raphael Okondor is a partner of Boyol Limited, a seasoned professional and a consultant in the build and real estate industry with a wide range of experience. He obtained a Master's Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos following an HND in Architecture from the Yaba College of Technology. He has worked, in varying capacities, with a good number of private organizations in the built sector, while focusing his innovative expertise on remodeling, interior designs and property management.
